Mexico is the guest of honour country, and Cali the guest city at #FILBo23, which will run April 18 through May 2 this year.
The range of participating countries says a lot about FILBo’s international reputation, with delegations from outside the Americas that will include Vietnam, Mozambique, Nigeria, Czech Republic and Israel.
