August 26 through September 4 will see FIL Costa Rica return to in-person live action after two years hosted online, with the 21st incarnation to be held from August 26 to September 4, organised jointly by the Costa Rica Book Chamber, the Ministry of Culture and Youth and the Children’s Museum.
Oscar Castillo, president of the Costa Rican Book Chamber, explained that the Children’s Museum will be the honoree as the Chamber “establishes a strategic alliance to stimulate reading among Costa Rican children and youth.”
