Using the AI services of Open AI and Google, Spain’s Tinystorie is knocking up short stories for children (200-250 words) including audio and images, personalised to each child’s interests.
Just what safeguards there are to ensure the created material is not drawn from copyright material is unclear in the report by José Antonio Vázquez on the Dosdoce blog, but the hopes of platform creator Sergio Pérez and Miguel Ángel González are crystal clear.

Vázquez explains that Pérez and González are “in talks with various associations to launch campaigns in which Tinystorie serves as a fundraising tool for causes oriented to child welfare.”
Tinystorie is still in its infancy, but the plan is to “focus on improving the voice, increasing the number of images per story, improving usability and exploring new integrations with possible new AI technologies, such as video.
